Yes. We can offer you samples to check product quality, and some even could be free, but the freight cost should be covered by your side.
What material are your products?
It depends on what material you want to order; it could be sterling silver or real gold. We usually apply rhodium, rose gold, or yellow gold plating on the surface. The stones we set are AAA CZ.
What is your payment method?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
How long will it take to receive my goods?
We usually choose DHL/UPS/FedEx for delivery, and you will receive goods within 3-5 days after payment. We can also ship based on your specific request.
What's your policy for the maintenance products?
We pay great attention to after-sale services and will help customers to re-solder or fix stones for free when goods are returned for repair.
Can you manufacture per customers' drawings or designs?
