2. For Customized Products Quality Assurance: After getting the products, there are 7 days to confirm the products' quality. If the product has quality problems caused by us, we accept returns/refunds within 7 days with evidence. Beyond 7 days, no reason return & refund is unacceptable.

3. Warranty (7-30 Days):
- Situation 1 (Human reasons): Buyer damage or personal preference, we offer repair but freight & maintenance costs are borne by the buyer.
- Situation 2 (Non-human reasons): If the stone falls off or metal fades naturally, we bear maintenance costs, but the buyer bears freight costs.

4. Lifelong Warranty Policy: After 30 days, we guarantee maintenance and repair services at the lowest price. All costs are borne by the buyer.
